In 2020 we launched “Leading Edge”, a Leadership Program tailored to our Centre Directors. It focuses on connecting regularly to share knowledge and empower each Director to maintain innovation, strength, and leadership within their individual teams.
The program launched with a weekend away at Sanctuary Cove Resort on the Gold Coast with keynote motivational speakers that left the team feeling inspired and united.
In the second year of Leading Edge, the Centre Directors enjoyed a weekend away at Peppers Retreats, Resorts & Hotels in Noosa. They were joined by Keynote speakers Amanda Stevens (2018 Keynote Speaker of the Year) and Keith Abraham (Author of Focus – 4 Fast Easy Strategies to Beating Procrastination Forever!). The weekend was an opportunity to connect and feel refreshed while gaining invaluable knowledge.
Centre Directors continue to catch up virtually, once a week, to discuss their chosen topics and support each other in the implementation of new ideas for continuous improvement.
