Edge Early Learning Mount Barker, previously known as Where We Grow, provides quality childcare and kindergarten programs tailored to children from 6 weeks to school age. Located in the Aston Hills community on Grantchester Ave, the purpose-built early learning centre is equipped with spacious indoor/outdoor learning areas designed for children to explore and discover new interests. The outdoor childcare areas are designed to promote nature play and are equipped with bike trikes, climbing forts, sandpits, and veggie gardens. We are still run by the same qualified team of passionate educators who are dedicated to providing children with a strong foundation in their early years. Iresha, our Bachelor and Masters Qualified Early Childhood Teacher, delivers an approved Kindergarten program preparing the children for school and instilling them with a love of learning.
At Mount Barker childcare centre, we are passionate about the health and wellbeing of children, which is why our program promotes healthy eating and active lifestyles. Our in-house chef prepares morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack. We cater to all dietary requirements, and we design a balanced menu to provide children with sustained energy throughout the day. Some of the children’s favourite dishes are Butter Chicken, Fish Fillets with Salad, and Homemade Pinwheels.
