In a world of digital, well, everything, there’s nothing better than curling up somewhere comfortable with books – whatever your age.
There are so many great quotes encouraging us to pick up a book. CS Lewis stated “You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough” and we couldn’t agree more. Groucho Marx joked that he found television very educating – “Every time somebody turns on the set, I go into the other room and read a book”. And Ernest Hemingway put it plainly when he said, “There is no friend as loyal as a book”.
