It almost makes you want to give up. But, of course, you know how important it is for your children to eat a balanced diet. What’s a parent to do? Turn to these five healthy meals for picky eaters for inspiration!
Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese is a childhood staple, so you can imagine our excitement when we found this healthified version. You can pack it with loads of vegetables – 16 serves, to be precise – and your children will be none the wiser. It’s one of our go-to dinner ideas for picky eaters.

Quick and easy are two words that don’t often describe making food for fussy eaters – but they do spring to mind when we think of this recipe. With its soft texture, delicious flavour and easy adaptability (you can load it up with just about anything you like!) this frittata is sure to be on high rotation in your household.

It cleverly uses healthy wraps as an edible bowl, which you can fill up with your children’s favourite ingredients.
